Requests for help are handled remotely through online forms, email, or phone, allowing individuals to access referrals without transportation barriers, long wait times, or in-person office requirements.When appropriate, a limited introductory referral may be provided by sharing contact information or publicly available intake links. No ongoing involvement or case tracking occurs.This referral-only model allows us to be:

• Referrals to public benefit programs such as SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, and CHIP, including information on where to apply and general eligibility considerations
• Housing, rent, utility, and eviction-prevention referrals to local agencies and nonprofit organizations
• General guidance on common application requirements, including what documents are typically requested
• Information on how to contact agencies and schedule appointments, including where to find phone numbers, offices, or online portals
• Referrals and optional warm connections to trusted local agencies, nonprofits, and community resources
• Resource referrals for individuals and families, including low-income households, single parents, veterans, elderly individuals, unhoused individuals, breast cancer patients, disabled or chronically ill individuals, and those unsure where to startNoorsCAA does not provide ongoing case management, follow-up services, application completion, or direct advocacy.
